SIMA 2027 at IFEMA Madrid: where to stay near the real estate show

SIMA, Madrid's flagship real estate show, returns to IFEMA Madrid from 26 to 29 May 2027 for its 28th edition. Over four days, the exhibition centre becomes the national and international hub of the residential sector, connecting supply, demand and investor capital around housing and flex living. The event is built around four complementary areas: SIMA EXPO, showcasing more than 500 residential developments from Spain and abroad; SIMA INVEST, aimed at investors and property owners; SIMAPRO, the leading professional forum for the living sector; and SIMA TECH, a space devoted to technology shaping the entire real estate cycle, from investment analysis to smart asset management. The programme features the International Living Conference, the Private Investor Forum and the prestigious ASPRIMA-SIMA Awards, which each year recognise the best projects and practices in innovation, quality, sustainability and responsibility. The Dominican Republic joins as guest country, underlining the event's global reach. With over 22,000 visitors, 390 exhibitors and 300 speakers from 40 countries, SIMA cements its position as the global investment platform for the residential sector, offering high-level networking for developers, investment funds, construction firms, consultancies, REITs and the wider proptech ecosystem.
