SITS 2027 — Service Desk & IT Support Show at ExCeL London

SITS – The Service Desk & IT Support Show is Europe's largest event dedicated to ITSM, service desk and IT support professionals. The 2027 edition returns to ExCeL London across two days, 19–20 May, and welcomes thousands of industry leaders alongside the world's leading suppliers. Attendees can visit over 85 exhibitors — including ServiceNow, Freshworks, TOPdesk, Hornbill, HALOITSM and ManageEngine — and attend more than 60 free sessions covering keynotes, seminars, panel debates and small-group discussions. It is the only event in Europe offering a completely free ITSM education programme. SITS is co-located with the MSP Show, giving visitors complimentary access to both events with a single registration and a complete view of the IT support and managed services market. Networking ranges from informal hot-topic round tables to a dedicated networking drinks party. The show is run by Diversified Communications UK at ExCeL London, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL. Doors open 09:30–17:00 on 19 May and 09:30–16:30 on 20 May, with easy access via the Elizabeth Line, Jubilee Line and DLR.
