SIVE 2027 in Bologna: international equine veterinary congress

The 32nd SIVE International Congress brings together equine veterinary specialists in Bologna for three days of focused scientific work. Hosted by the Italian Association of Equine Veterinarians (SIVE), the programme covers prevention, diagnosis and treatment across the major equine diseases. The congress runs from 4 to 6 February 2027 at the Bologna Congressi venue inside BolognaFiere, easily reached from the central station and Marconi airport. All sessions include simultaneous Italian-English interpretation, and the schedule also features an optional pre-congress event and a social dinner. Beyond the scientific track, attendees can present short communications, visit the sponsor area and join SIVE on site for 2027. It is a key meeting point for equine clinicians, veterinary researchers and companies serving the sector. Planning to attend? Book your Bologna hotel early: the congress falls during trade-fair season and rooms near Piazza della Costituzione fill up quickly.
