Subcontratación 2027 in Bilbao: where to stay

SUBCONTRATACIÓN is Spain's leading biennial gathering for industrial subcontracting and inter-business cooperation. It brings together part manufacturers, machining specialists and engineering service providers at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre to meet buyers from automotive, aerospace, rail, energy and capital goods sectors. The show runs alongside other industrial fairs in the same venue, creating useful crossover for trade visitors. Attendees are typically technical and procurement professionals — production, engineering and sourcing managers assessing capabilities in machining, casting, sheet metal, surface treatment, tooling and automation. For those travelling in, the venue sits in Barakaldo, a short ride from central Bilbao and well served by metro, commuter rail and road. Hotels cluster around the exhibition centre and along the Nervión riverside. The 2027 edition takes place 23–25 February on its confirmed two-year cycle. Dates can shift, so check the official site before booking non-refundable rates.
