Swab Barcelona 2026: contemporary art fair at Montjuïc

Swab Barcelona is an international contemporary art fair that brings together galleries, independent spaces, and curatorial projects from around the world. Its 2026 edition hosts more than 60 exhibitors from 24 countries across five curatorial programmes: General, Polar & Tropic, Vortex, Off-Site, and Myfaf. Founded in 2006 by creatives working inside the art ecosystem, the fair has grown into a platform for exchange, visibility, and sustainable growth of both emerging and established artists. Its open ethos encourages the circulation of artworks, experiences, and knowledge within a diverse cultural environment. Beyond the exhibition halls, Swab runs a public programme with performances, workshops, live radio, guided visits, and encounters that invite audiences to engage with the processes and ideas behind each section. The fair takes place at Palau Victòria Eugènia, within Fira de Barcelona's Montjuïc venue.
