The Baby Show Birmingham 2027 at NEC — plan your stay

The Baby Show Birmingham is the UK's largest live event for pregnancy and early parenting, held at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) from 7 to 9 May 2027. Over three days, more than 350 trusted and boutique brands gather under one roof so parents-to-be and new families can compare, test and buy everything from prams, car seats and travel systems to nursery furniture, baby carriers and maternity wear. A major draw is the Buggy Testing Track, where visitors can push strollers across different surfaces with impartial advice on hand, alongside a packed Live Talks Stage featuring midwives, sleep consultants and first aid specialists. A Baby Feeding Café, Baby Changing Area and Meditation Station make it easy to spend a full day at the show with a little one in tow. Whether you are expecting your first baby or adding to a growing family, the show combines expert guidance, exclusive on-site discounts and thousands of products that are often hard to try in person on the high street. Tickets go on sale closer to the event, and children aged 0–14 enter free with a ticket. For visitors travelling to Birmingham, staying near the NEC means you can arrive early, shop without rushing and drop bulky purchases back to your hotel before the next show day.
