The JOCO Home + Remodeling Show 2026 in Overland Park, KS

Now in its 10th year, The JOCO Home + Remodeling Show turns the Overland Park Convention Center into a three-day marketplace where Johnson County homeowners meet trusted local contractors, designers, and product specialists face to face. With more than 200 exhibitors on the floor, the show covers kitchens, baths, flooring, HVAC, windows, landscaping, décor, and just about every other corner of a renovation project. Headline guests Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt, custom home designers and stars of HGTV's 100 Day Dream Home, take the main stage on Friday evening and Saturday at noon to share design insights and take audience questions. Beyond the celebrity appearances, visitors can browse feature displays, watch stage presentations throughout the weekend, and pick up a Visit, Stamp, & Win card at the entrance for a shot at prizes valued up to $650. Admission is designed to be accessible. All active military, veterans, firefighters, police, medical staff, and first responders get in free all weekend with valid ID and can bring one companion for free. Seniors 65+ also enter free all weekend, and teachers and school staff receive free admission on Sunday, October 25 with valid ID. Adult tickets run $10 at the door or $8 online, and kids 12 and under are always free. Parking at the venue is free, with over 1,000 spaces including a 244-space covered garage. Out-of-town visitors can book the Sheraton Overland Park Hotel directly attached to the convention center, which offers a negotiated show rate through September 9.
