Viving Lorient 2027 home show: where to stay in Lorient

Viving Lorient is the Morbihan region's annual home and property show. Over three days the Parc Expo du Pays de Lorient hosts builders, developers, craftsmen, interior designers, energy specialists and estate agents ready to help visitors plan a renovation, extension, insulation or property purchase. The fair is laid out in themed areas that make decisions easier: La Collection Viving for local makers, designers and antique dealers; Les Ateliers Viving for one-to-one advice from notaries, lawyers and institutional experts; and Le Labo Viving for free consultations on interior décor, garden layout and home organisation. It serves both trade and general audiences: exhibitors showcase their solutions while homeowners compare quotes, finance options and technical approaches under one roof. Entry is free during the first hour of each day and for visitors under 18.
