WOMEX 2026 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria: hotels by the Auditorio Alfredo Kraus

WOMEX, the Worldwide Music Expo, is the most international and culturally diverse music gathering on the planet and the largest conference of the global music scene. Over five days, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria hosts a trade fair, talks, film screenings and showcase concerts bringing together more than 2,600 professionals from 90 countries. The event takes place entirely around the Auditorio Alfredo Kraus and its surrounding plazas, an oceanfront setting that concentrates the daytime and nighttime programme: conference, club summit, film, showcases, trade fair and the opening and award ceremonies. Everything is within a few minutes' walk, so delegates can make the most of the experience without long transfers. With over 400 exhibiting companies, 100 speakers and 60 showcase acts across seven stages, WOMEX is the leading networking platform for the world music industry. The 2026 edition is the 32nd and returns to Gran Canaria after Tampere in 2025. If you are attending as a delegate, exhibitor or artist, staying near the Auditorio Alfredo Kraus will let you move easily between venues and enjoy the city's cultural life.
