World of Coffee New Orleans 2027 is the North American edition of the Specialty Coffee Association's flagship trade gathering, hosted at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center on the Mississippi riverfront. Across three days, the specialty coffee supply chain converges in one hall: green coffee importers, roasters, equipment manufacturers, café operators, and baristas from across the United States, Latin America, and beyond.
