Where to stay for World Passenger Festival 2026 in Madrid

The World Passenger Festival brings together senior leaders from rail operators, urban mobility providers, transport authorities and governing bodies in Madrid. Over three days, an exclusive conference track runs alongside a dedicated exhibition area covering retail and eCommerce, distribution, revenue management and pricing, next-gen loyalty, MaaS, next-gen payments, smart ticketing, first and last mile, passenger information systems, disruption management, customer experience, on-board connectivity and liberalisation. For 2026, the event is part of Rail Live at IFEMA Madrid, broadening its scope into a fully integrated rail gathering.
