Unified Wine & Grape Symposium 2027 in Sacramento

Unified is where the North American wine industry gathers every January. The 2027 edition returns to Sacramento from January 26 to 28, with the trade show floor open January 27 and 28 at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center. Expect three days of sessions on viticulture, enology, business strategy and marketing, headlined by the State of the Industry address. More than 650 exhibitors bring equipment, barrels, closures, lab services and vineyard tech to the floor. Who comes? Vineyard managers, winemakers, winery owners, marketers, tasting room staff, distributors and suppliers from across the US and abroad. Regional wine tastings and food service are part of the experience. The symposium is presented by ASEV and CAWG. Registration, hotel blocks and parking details are handled through the official site.
