Cucinare 2027 in Pordenone: the food and wine show

Cucinare is the quality food-and-beverage show of north-east Italy, run by Pordenone Fiere alongside Ortogiardino, the horticulture, floriculture and nursery trade fair. In 2027 it moves into its own large hall, 5-bis-ter, right next to the main entrance, giving food and wine exhibitors far greater visibility. Over nine days the fairground hosts a dense programme: live cooking demos with local and guest chefs, masterclasses on doughs and smoking, guided tastings of wines, craft beers, oils and cheeses, plus book presentations and round tables on regional specialities such as Pitina IGP and malon. Sales of quality local products, wines and craft beers sit alongside professional training sessions. The event targets two audiences: hospitality and restaurant professionals sourcing suppliers from Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto, and food lovers interested in seasonal cooking, fermentation and short supply chains. One ticket covers both Ortogiardino and Cucinare.
