Degré Zéro 2026 in Lyon: the no/low-alcohol trade show

Degré Zéro is France's first trade fair dedicated exclusively to no- and low-alcohol beverages. The 2026 Lyon edition takes place on 19 October at La Sucrière, with around forty exhibitors covering every corner of the category: functional, gastronomic and creative drinks, ready-to-drink formats, de-alcoholised wines, and alcohol-free beers and spirits. Run within the Sirha Food ecosystem after the group acquired Break Events Group, the show targets wine merchants, distributors, restaurateurs, hoteliers, bartenders, mixologists, key-account buyers and international importers who want to source products and read the direction of a market growing at roughly 30 % a year since 2022. The 2025 edition drew 112 exhibitors and over 1,100 visitors from 49 countries, a clear sign of how seriously the trade is taking a segment now worth close to €300 million in France. The day mixes tastings, commercial meetings and analysis of shifting consumer habits.
