Degré Zéro Marseille 2027: No/Low trade show at Parc Chanot

Degré Zéro is the first trade show entirely dedicated to no- and low-alcohol beverages. Its Marseille edition brings together makers of de-alcoholised wines, ciders, beers and No/Low spirits, alongside fermented, functional, gastronomic and creative drinks. The event belongs to the Sirha Food ecosystem and serves a professional audience: wine merchants, distributors, restaurateurs, hoteliers, bartenders, mixologists, major-account buyers and international importers. Entry is restricted to trade visitors with a business card. The 2025 edition gathered 112 exhibitors and more than 1,100 visitors from 49 countries, positioning the show as a benchmark for understanding, sourcing and anticipating the transformation of the no-alcohol drinks market. The next edition takes place from 14 to 16 February 2027 at the Palais des Arts in Marseille, within the Parc Chanot, with trade-only admission.
