EVOLIO Expo is the international B2B trade fair devoted to extra virgin olive oil and the olive supply chain, organised by Senaf at the Fiera del Levante in Bari. Its third edition takes place from 28 to 30 January 2027 in Apulia, Italy's leading olive oil producing region. The event pairs a commercial exhibition with a packed programme of guided tastings, masterclasses and conferences covering innovation, traceability, health and communication. Its themes — Landscape, Territory and Identity; Oil and Health; Oleotourism; Oil and Innovation — shape the activities and connect producers with international buyers from HoReCa, large-scale retail and specialised distribution. In 2026, EVOLIO Expo brought together 6,720 trade visitors and 150 exhibiting companies, hosting over 750 meetings with international buyers.
