Alba International White Truffle Fair 2026

The International Alba White Truffle Fair is Piedmont's flagship food event and one of Italy's most prestigious haute-cuisine gatherings. For roughly two months, Alba becomes a meeting point for truffle hunters, chefs, restaurateurs, distributors and food lovers around the prized white truffle (Tuber magnatum pico) collected in the woods of the Langhe and Roero hills. The programme mixes the truffle market with guided tastings, cooking workshops, dinners hosted by well-known chefs, book presentations and cultural events rooted in Piedmontese food heritage. It is also a working space for the hospitality and food-processing sectors, with professional tastings and networking between wineries, cheesemakers and artisan producers.
