Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show 2026 in Orlando — Plan Your Stay

The Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show is the state's largest gathering for restaurant owners, foodservice operators, chefs, caterers, hoteliers and commercial foodservice professionals. The 2026 edition marks the show's 55th anniversary and runs three days at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, October 25–27, 2026. Across an exhibit hall twice the size of last year's, hundreds of vendors present food and beverage products, kitchen equipment, technology, distribution services and hospitality solutions. A three-theater education program delivers practical business content with less session overlap, so attendees can cover more ground each day. New for 2026 are the Sunshine Plate Challenge Arena, add-on workshops on restaurant management, and the Culinary Innovation Theater powered by Unox. The show is once again co-located with The Pizza Tomorrow Summit: a single badge unlocks both exhibit halls and both education programs, widening sourcing options across restaurant and pizzeria supply chains. Attendance is restricted to the trade. The event is not open to the general public, and identification may be required at registration. Group bundles are available for teams of up to six from the same organization.
