HIP Hospitality Innovation Planet 2027 in Madrid

HIP - Hospitality Innovation Planet ranks among Europe's leading multi-specialist fairs for innovation in the horeca sector. The event pairs a commercial exhibition with the Hospitality 4.0 Congress, the world's largest gathering on trends and new concepts in hospitality, foodservice and catering. Manufacturers, distributors, restaurant chains, hotels, caterers and technology providers meet at Ifema - Parque Ferial Juan Carlos I in Madrid. Visitors can explore equipment, interior design, management tools, digital solutions and the latest food processing developments across three professional days. For attendees travelling to Madrid, staying at hotels near Ifema makes it easier to reach the venue and the surrounding programme. The fair typically takes place in March with a three-day, trade-only format.
