HOSTELCO is the International Restaurant, Hotel and Community Equipment Show, held every two years at Fira de Barcelona's Gran Via venue. It brings together the most comprehensive Horeca offering under one roof: equipment and machinery, tableware and service, interior design and furniture, technology and software, plus the whole coffee, bar, bakery and pastry universe. At the 2028 edition, running 20-23 March, the show is organised into five thematic areas designed to ease navigation and spark cross-sector synergies. International exhibitors, key buyers and professionals from hotels, restaurants, catering and contract meet across the halls. Four days packed with show cookings, panel discussions, competitions, the Horeca Awards and dedicated space for food & hospitality startups.
