IFE Manufacturing 2027 at ExCeL London — book your stay

IFE Manufacturing is the dedicated trade event for brand owners and manufacturers looking to source the latest ingredients, packaging, technology and manufacturing solutions. It returns to ExCeL London from 5 to 7 April 2027 as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week. Across three days, buyers meet more than 150 innovative suppliers from every link of the food and drink supply chain, from ingredient houses to packaging specialists. Visitors can also explore curated features such as the Ingredients Table, the Business Growth Hub and the Certification Clinic, designed to help teams shortlist partners and solve production challenges on the spot. The show runs alongside the International Food & Drink Exhibition (IFE), HRC, The Pub Show, Hospitality Tech360, Speciality & Fine Food Fair and International Salon Culinaire, bringing more than 1,500 exhibitors together under one roof. Opening hours are 10:00 to 17:00 on Monday and Tuesday, and 10:00 to 16:00 on Wednesday, with last entry at 15:00. Corporate and buyer teams travelling to the show usually base themselves near the Royal Victoria Dock to shorten the commute to ExCeL. Hotel demand peaks on the opening Monday, so booking nearby accommodation weeks in advance is advisable.
