International Pizza Expo 2027 in Las Vegas: Where to Stay

International Pizza Expo returns to the Las Vegas Convention Center for its 43rd edition, running April 13-15, 2027 on the West Hall show floor. For more than four decades this has been the largest gathering of the pizza industry worldwide, drawing pizzeria owners, operators, distributors and food brokers for three days of sourcing, demos and dealmaking. The exhibit hall hosts hundreds of suppliers covering dough, cheese, sauces, ovens, POS systems, packaging and delivery tech. Alongside the floor, the International Pizza Challenge and World Pizza Games put competitors through live bake-offs and acrobatic dough routines that pull crowds all day.
