Known today as the New York Restaurant Show, this is the Northeast's flagship event for the foodservice and hospitality industry. The 2027 edition takes place at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in Manhattan and marks the show's 34th consecutive year serving operators, chefs, caterers, hoteliers and commercial foodservice teams. Over three days, visitors explore hundreds of exhibits spanning food and beverage products, kitchen equipment, technology, services and distribution. Education runs directly on the show floor: the NYC Hospitality Alliance State of the Industry Conference, the New York State Restaurant Association's Hospitality HQ sessions, live competitions and demonstrations at the Culinary Innovation Theater. New for 2027 is the Pizza Tomorrow Summit Pavilion. The show runs side-by-side with Coffee Fest New York—separate badges are required, and New York Restaurant Show registrants receive a discount code for the co-located event. For hospitality professionals flying into Manhattan, lodging near the Javits Center on the West Side keeps the show floor, education rooms and evening networking within easy reach.
