InterSICOP 2027, branded BAKERY & ICE CREAM ATTRACTION, takes over IFEMA Madrid from 16 to 18 February, gathering the bakery, pastry, ice-cream, coffee and equipment trade. The show runs every two years and is the reference meeting point for the sector in Spain and southern Europe. Across three days, professionals from distribution, industry and foodservice explore what is shaping artisanal and industrial production: new doughs, ice-cream formulations, specialty coffee, ingredients, display cases and machinery. The fair combines a commercial floor with live demos, competitions and training sessions.
