Where to stay in Las Vegas for International Pizza Expo 2027

For over four decades, the International Pizza Expo has been the pizza industry's flagship gathering. The 2027 edition — the 43rd — fills the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center with three days of exhibits, competitions and education built for pizzeria owners, suppliers and buyers. More than 450 exhibitors line the show floor with dough, cheese, toppings, ovens, POS systems and more. Around the booths, attendees can follow the International Pizza Challenge and the World Pizza Games, catch hands-on demos and join the School of Pizzeria Management workshops. Education actually opens earlier than the expo: sessions run April 11 through April 15, digging into menu development, staffing and operations. It is the week when the trade benchmarks products, tastes new items and networks in earnest. Because everything happens on a single convention campus, staying within a short ride of the Las Vegas Convention Center keeps you close to after-hours networking and the first morning sessions. Compare rates around Paradise Road and the Strip corridor before rooms fill up.
