REFRIGERA 2027 in Bologna: refrigeration and cold chain trade show

REFRIGERA 2027 returns to Bologna Exhibition Centre from 10 to 12 November 2027 for its fifth edition. It is the leading meeting point in Southern Europe and the Mediterranean for industrial, commercial and logistics refrigeration, food freezing technology, cryogenics and energy management. The show occupies Halls 29 and 30 together with the Mall of the fairground. Core areas cover industrial and commercial cooling, cooling technologies, ATP temperature-controlled transport and storage (cold chain), ultra-low temperatures and cryogenics. The SURGELA zone, dedicated to food freezing, expands with pre-treatment, processing, packaging and storage solutions. REFRIGERA 2027 runs alongside APPLITECH 2027, the trade show for household appliance manufacturing, and welcomes international delegations. The programme features conferences, workshops and technical seminars developed with industry associations and research institutions. Admission is restricted to industry professionals: refrigeration, food freezing, cryogenics and energy management. Direct sales to the public are not permitted and visitors under 16 are not admitted.
