The Sandwich & Snack Show is the benchmark event for professionals in the fast-food, nomadic and out-of-home catering sectors in France. For two days, Paris becomes the hub for the latest snacking trends and innovations, covering everything from food products and beverages to technological equipment, packaging and new business concepts. The event is organised into three main exhibition areas: Snacking, focusing on food concepts and packaging; Parizza+Gusto, dedicated to Italian snacking; and Smart Lab, centred on FoodTech and equipment. Visitors can also follow thematic trails to tailor their experience, including options for aperitifs, world flavours, veggie, halal, or kosher products. With over 450 exhibitors and nearly 1,800 innovations on display, it is a key platform for sourcing and discovery. The programme features more than 10 competitions and awards, expert-led conferences, and dedicated spaces for new trends like The Coffee Place, which hosts the French Barista Championship.
