Smahrt Toulouse 2028 food service show at the MEETT

Smahrt Toulouse is the flagship gathering for food service professionals across south-western France, covering commercial and institutional catering, hotels and artisanal food trades. Held every two years, it turns the MEETT into a working hub where artisans, producers, distributors and entrepreneurs shaping the sector meet. The show spans 18,000 sqm of exhibition space with roughly 270 exhibitors and brands, drawing around 15,000 trade visitors, more than half of them decision-makers. It is a showcase for trends, techniques and products, balancing innovation with regional craftsmanship and local culinary heritage. Since 2024 it has formed part of the Sirha Food ecosystem alongside Sirha Lyon, Sirha Bake & Snack and the Bocuse d'Or and Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie competitions, strengthening its programme and its reach within French food service.
