Speciality Chocolate Fair 2027 in London — stay at ExCeL

Speciality Chocolate Fair is the UK's only trade event dedicated exclusively to fine and artisan chocolate. Held at ExCeL London from 5 to 7 April 2027, it brings together chocolate makers, buyers and industry professionals looking for luxury and gourmet chocolate across retail, hospitality, foodservice, manufacturing and wholesale. From 2027 the Fair becomes part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week at ExCeL London, joining IFE, IFE Manufacturing, HRC, The Pub Show, Hospitality Tech360 and International Salon Culinaire. This co-location opens the show to a wider audience of buyers from across the full food and drink supply chain, with over 25,000 verified trade visitors and 1,500+ exhibitors expected across the week. Beyond the show floor, visitors can attend expert-led seminars, panels and live discussions, network with the people behind the brands and discover new artisan producers before everyone else. Opening hours run 10:00–17:00 on Monday 5 and Tuesday 6 April, and 10:00–16:00 on Wednesday 7 April 2027.
