Taste Firenze 2027: Food Fair in Florence

Taste Firenze is Florence's yearly gathering for small-scale producers and artisans of Italian gastronomic excellence. In its 20th edition, the fair turns Fortezza da Basso into a tasting trail of cheeses, cured meats, wines, sweets and preserves from every region. Saturday and Sunday mornings are reserved for hospitality, distribution and specialised press, while afternoons open up to the general public. Monday is a buyers-and-trade-agents-only day. Alongside product stands, Taste features talks, guided tastings and satellite activities such as Fuori di Taste, which spreads the experience across the city.
