California Restaurant Show 2027 in Anaheim: where to stay

The California Restaurant Show, formerly the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo, returns to the Anaheim Convention Center from September 12-14, 2027. It is the largest gathering of restaurant, foodservice and hospitality professionals on the West Coast, bringing together independent operators, quick-serve brands, chefs, caterers, bakers, hotel F&B teams and commercial foodservice buyers under one roof. Across three days, attendees explore hundreds of exhibiting vendors covering food, beverage, equipment, technology, design and décor, distribution and specialty products. Show floor highlights include the 4th Annual Pizza Tomorrow Summit Pavilion with the US Pizza Team Competition, a Culinary Innovation Theatre with live demonstrations from celebrity chefs, education theaters with industry-led sessions, workshops and awards ceremonies. The education program delivers practical business content on operations, marketing, technology, workforce development and menu innovation, with add-on workshops such as Restaurant Management 301 and the Restaurant Transformation Formula. Registration includes access to all education sessions, culinary demos and the exhibit hall. An industry-only event, the show is not open to the general public. Groups and teams can take advantage of bundle packages. Anaheim's convention district offers a wide range of hotels within walking distance of the venue, ideal for exhibitors, buyers and speakers planning a stay around the show.
